low melt EVA valve bags

Zonpak^TM low melt EVA valve bags are specially designed for packaging rubber additives and other plastic materials in form of powder and granule. With the low melt valve bag and automatic filling machine, rubber additives manufacturers can make big product packages of 5kg-25kg. Using the bag can avoid the fly loss of the material when filling, and there is no need to seal, so it largely improves the packaging efficiency.

The bags are made from EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate) which has a lower melting point and is highly compatible with rubber, so the bags together with the contained materials can be direct put into a mixer, and the bags can fully disperse in the rubber or plastic as an effective ingredient.

Bags with different melting points are available for different application conditions. With standard packages and no need to unpack before using the materials, the low melt valve bags also facilitate the work of the material users.

Side gusset and block bottom forms are available forms. Size, thickness, color, embossing and printing can be custom made according to customer’s specific requirement.
