Introduction

FM 7000 multipurpose fiber feeder is in order to cooperate with the production of asphalt mixing station, according to the engineering design flow, add quantitative granular or powdered asphalt modifier to the asphalt mixture timely and accurately, make asphalt modifier disperse in the asphalt mixture evenly, thus enhance the stability of the asphalt mixture, improve the paving asphalt roadbed quality, prolong the pavement service life.

FM7000 Multi-functional feeding machine system composition:

1. Composition and function of feeding machine system:

1.1 Fan system: the fan adopts 12kw ultra-high pressure and small air volume fan, which ensures the rapid release of materials and distributed in the asphalt mixture aggregate evenly.

1.2 Weighing control system: for pellets, the weighing control system adopts a high-precision weighing sensor, which can weigh up to 30 Kg; for floc, it adopts three high-precision weighing sensors, which can weigh up to 16Kg.The sensor signal is processed by the regulating signal junction box and amplifier, and then the motor is controlled by PLC to achieve the accurate feeding effect.

1.3 Operation display system: the operating system is operated by the keyboard to display all kinds of data on the TD400 display screen. It could set the amount of material arbitrarily and display the amount of material each time through the keyboard full of Chinese or English interface, to monitor the system operation.

2. Main components of feeding machine:

2.1 Feeding system: 2.2kw feeding meter.

2.2 Air supply system: 12KW high pressure,low air volume air pump fan, air volume is 28 m³ /min.

2.3 Weighing control system: particle weighing system, flocculent weighing system and computer control system.

FM7000 multi-functional feeding machine working principle:

According to the characteristics of flocculent ,powder or granular asphalt modifier, the machine adopts electronic weighing method, after the asphalt modifier is weighed accurately, it is added to the asphalt mixture in time according to the engineering design flow. During production, the asphalt modifier is poured into the hopper, the whole feeding process is carried out under the control of PLC program automatically after the hopper door is closed . The feeding screw conveying system transfers the asphalt modifier in the hopper, such as anti-rutting agent and fiber particles and so on, to the weighing hopper for weighing, and then waits for feeding signal after weighing accurately. After receiving the feeding signal from the PLC control system, the discharging screw conveyor sends the asphalt modifier with accurate weight to the asphalt mixing cylinder through a two-stage blower immediately, to realize the mixing of asphalt modifier and asphalt aggregate, and finally dispersing it evenly into the asphalt mixture. There is always a certain amount of material in the warehouse, which is added to the metering system timely. So it goes around automatically.

Feature :

1. Wide application range: it is suitable for all intermittent asphalt mixing equipment of M7000 type and below.

2, Apply PLC program control and electronic weighing measurement, high degree of automation, accurate weighing, timely feeding.It is simple to operate and reduces the labor intensity of workers on site.

3. On the electrical control, we design the electric interlock between the stone discharge (asphalt) signal and the pellet feeder, which can prevent the phenomenon of less addition, more addition and leakage effectively. Equipped with a concise fault sound and light alarm, convenient to find and deal with the fault timely. In addition, it is also equipped with special signal connection input to realize the linkage of control signals from various mixing machines at home and abroad, and can be connected to 24v-220v control voltage.

4. The discharging hole of the multipurpose fiber feeder extends to the work chutes in the mixing cylinder, add a guide corner , and an external material bin can also be installed for instant feeding. To ensure that the asphalt modifier in the asphalt mixture aggregate fully and evenly dispersed, play the role of asphalt modifier in the asphalt mixture aggregate better.

5, The shutdown control button of multipurpose fiber feeder can be connected to the mixing control room, can be shut down timely, easy to deal with the mix before  and after production. To prevent unnecessary feeding caused by the failure of the feeding machine or mixing station.

6. High metering accuracy: the conveying volume of asphalt modifier is adjustable from 1 kg to 40Kg each time, the metering accuracy is ±0.2%, and the calibration accuracy can reach ±0.05%.

7. Intuitive and convenient operation: the machine is equipped with IOP LCD screen and printing interface, which is convenient to set working parameters and display operating procedures and fault monitoring tips timely.

8.Flexible control: the machine can provide automatic and manual control mode, automatic control for normal production, manual control for production debugging, testing.

9.Easy installation: the equipment is assembled on a single chassis. During installation, simply connect the outlet of the feeding equipment with the oblique lifting blanking outlet of mixing equipment or air supply pipe of mixing cylinder, and then work synchronously with the mixing production after switching on the power supply.
