Overview

QZ series submersible axial flow pump is a new generation of submersible axial flow pump products independently developed by our company,it is not only simple in structure,easy to disassemble and assemble,but also has excellent performance as an alternative to traditional axial flow pump.

Application

This series of products can be used for clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties close to water whose temperature of conveying medium is no more than 43℃. Structural feature

1. Special submersible motor

The whole series of F/H grade insulation,B grade temperature rise assessment, protection grade is IP68;the motor has low energy consumption, low temperature rise, and high stability.It has better heat resistance and longer life than ordinary motors.The wiring cavity is sealed from the stator and rotor of the motor, with double insurance.The motor bearing adopts the auxiliary oil tank structure to increase the service life of the bearing.

2. Motor pump protection system

The motor has a number of built-in warning sensors,including the leakage in the wiring chamber,the motor cavity and the oil chamber, and the temperature rise of the bearding and the motor coil. The motor is equipped with water leakage monitoring,and the oil chamber is equipped with oil mixed water probes.There is comprehensive monitoring of motor operating conditions.

3. Hydrodynamic parts

The 3-D flow theory design and CFD computational simulation are adopted,with high efficiency and wide high-efficiency zone, and good cavitation performance;

4. Cable locking sealing system

The cable outlet adopts special structure,which eliminates water leakage, electricity leakage,short circuit,and stator coil burnout caused by accidental factors such as artificial pulling,broken cable jacket, and cable aging,which effectively reduces the probability of failure caused by water in the upper part of the whole machine

5.Bearings

At the pump end is equipped with a thrust spherical roller bearings(the oil lubrication),withstand the axial thrust of pump,There are one cylindrical roller bearding and one deep groove ball bearing(grease lubrication)equipped with the top and bottom of the motor, withstand the radial force of rotor.The bearing running stable,and the motor shaft will not movement,so the bearing has little heat and no noise during the operation of the pump

5. Sealing system

The product applies a patented structure, the pump end adopts a combined double cartridge mechanical seal,and the motor side also adopts a single end mechanical seal.The structure makes the sealing performance of the pump reliable and running stable.
