Applications:
Si75C is the mixture of Bis[γ-(triethoxysilyl-propyl]-disulfide and carbon black, owns the same effects of Si75, but it is easier to use. It can greatly improve physical and mechanical properties, tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance of rubber, and lower the permanent deformation and viscosity of rubber materials, and improve processing performance. Suitable polymers inlucde NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM. Compared with JL-Si69C, JL-Si75C can offers higher scorch safety for it contains low active dithio groups
