Applications It is applied in dipping or padding process for cotton, fibre and other synthetic fabric. It is also suitable for softening finishing process for yarns. Usage 1) Making solution: making solution with 6-10% concentration, or according to the actual application. Method: putting weighted water and softener flake together, soaking about one hours, and then mixing until all are dissolved. 2) Dosage: Exhausting process: 2-6% (o.w.f), 25-40℃, time: 15-30 min Padding process: 20-50 g/l, under room temperature, drying. Package & storage 1. Package: 25kg/paper bag 2. Storage: at least 24 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
