Properties and Features
1. Good wetting function under the condition of high alkali and high temperature.
2. Good emulsify and disperse for wax/pectin on cotton fabric.
3. Promoting dyeing effect when dyeing yarns of jeans in exhausting process.
4. Used with desizing enzyme to be penetrating emulsify for starch, PVA size.
Applications
It is used in padding process for cotton, linen and blends fabric.
Usage
Open width scouring process: 2-10g/l
Roping scouring process: 2-7g/l
One bath with alkali and oxygen: 5-12g/l
Jeans yarn padding process: 5-8g/l
Package & storage
1. Package: 125kg/plastic drum.
2. Storage: at least 12 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
