The textiles made with ATPDP( easy and deep dyeing) is dyed with cationic dyestuffs which has the properties as follows:
vivid and luster and deep dyeing,
high dyestuff uptakes more than 96%
good light and water color fastness,
good compatibility being dyed into different dyes.
good stability in atmospheric tempreture(<100 centidegree) dyeing solutions,
not pollute with other fibers (except nylon) including normal polyester fiber,
the dyein spreads into the inside of ATPDP with high speed,n0 ring-dyed phenomenon,
when the PH value changes in dyeing bath,the stability of dyes is high.
ATPDP is a newest generation of modified cationic dyeable polyester filaments ,more Eco-freindly and ecconormical dyeing and finishing.It is better for seamless and circuler kknitting with nylon and spanex which would keep the property ofnylon and spanex stability because of low tempreture dyeing. It is a best one for covering or/and interweaving with spanex.
ATPDP have high performances of very soft tounch more silk-like and as second skin ,deeper shade,striking colour effects high colour fastness, good ventilation and moisture apsorption which is less effect to our planet.
