High temperature resistant teflon adhesive  (cures at room temperature)（THO4096-2）

Outline

It is heterocyclic adhesive which cures at room temperature. it is temperature resistant and easy to operate. No bubbles appear after curing thus making the surface smooth and compact.

Applications

Because the corrosion-resistant quality of the eteline or teflone, the materials are often used to make pipelines, vessels, bumps and valves. Our adhesive solve the problem of bonding or coating such materials themselves and to metals, alloys which may be used in high frequency communication devices and other devices which works in harsh conditions. These materials include PTFE, TFE, FEP, ETFE, CTFE, E-CTFE, PVF2, PVF, PP, PE and so forth.

Features

Component A is transparent liquid, Component B is viscous fluid.

Its surface sets within 8 hours, and it reaches its maximum bonding strength within 36 hours.

It is resistant to shock, ultraviolet light and extreme weather once it cures because it is durable and with good ductility and low contraction coefficient.

Being heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature.

Being moderate in viscosity, the surface appears smooth and bright after curing.

You’ll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes.

Non-toxic after it cures and it is upto the RoHS standard.

Shelf life is half a year.

The main technical parameters are as follows:

Temp. resistance scope：- 52 °C—+220 °C   

voltage withstand  20-25kV/mm     hardness  shore D60

at120°C, uniform tensile strength 50N/cm;  

right angle tensile strength: 45N/cm       flush tensile strength, 42N/cm

Instruction

1. To get the best results, it is better to sand the substrates several times in the clockwise and counterclockwise direction, and then immerse the eteline materials in the treatment detergent specially made by our company for 5 minutes, take them out, wash them clean in the running water, or for the best result, in the distilled water, dry them. Then cleanse the two bonding substrates with a special cleaner,wait till they are dry.

2. Mix A and B in a proportion of 3:1-5:2, stir the mixture well before using.

3. Spray or apply the adhesive on the substrates, put them together and apply proper strength on them.

Notes

1. the treatment detergent should be sealed and to avoid light, water or high temperature .

2. Better to keep the working place well ventilated.

3. If it has contact with skin, you should wash with soap.

4. The adhesive should be stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature, and keep them away from fire. Cover the lip after using it.
