This equipment produced by Shandong Head is mainly composed of the graphite furnace body,burner,cooling jacket,graphite cooling pipe,cooler,explosion-proof film,etc.it uses special furnace structure and rapid heat transfer technology to make heat transfer more quickly.
The burner is mainly composed of graphite lamp holder and quartz lamp.The graphite lamp holder is used for delivery of hydrogen and chlorine.The lamp is made by high purity quartz,it has three tubes type structure which makes the mixture of chlorine and hydrogen much more uniform and the burning much more thoroughly,it ensures the high quality of HCL and “0” free chlorine content(Uses oxygen reduction method to measure).
The cooling jacket is made of carbon steel,and it has good safety.When the cooling medium is suddenly interrupted,the medium can still guarantee the temperature of the furnace for a long time.
