1. Honed tube

Honed tubing also is known as hydraulic cylinder tube, it is our most important product line, our factory manufactures honed tubing with more than 20 years' experience. Our honed tube is produced from suitable to hone seamless cold drawn tubes. Our factory can produce honed tubes in a wide range of carbon steel and stainless steel. The size range of our honed cylinder tubes is from ID 32 mm to ID 600 mm.

2. Chrome plated bar

Chrome plated bar is another main product of our factory, this product is known as hydraulic chrome plated rod also, it is mostly used as hydraulic piston rod. Our chrome plated rod is produced from steel round bar by high precision polishing, and with chrome plated surface, the thickness of chrome plated layer is usually min. 20 microns. Our factoy can produce chrome plated bar in carbon steel as CK45, and stainless steels. The size range of our chrome plated bar is from diameter 6 mm to 800 mm.

3. Chrome plated hollow bar

Chrome plated hollow bar is known as Chrome plated tube also, it has the same function with chrome plated bar, but with much lighter unit weight than that. Using chrome plated hollow bar, the hydraulic cylinder weight will be greatly reduced, so the hydraulic cylinder will be more energy efficient. Our chrome plated hollow bar is produced from seamless hollow bar, by polishing the surface and chrome plated it.

4. Cold drawn seamless tubes

Cold drawn seamless tube (CDS tube) is widely used in many industries, such as fulid transportation, machine manufacturing, hydraulic systems and so on. CDS tube is the mother tube of honed pipes.
