Hard Chrome plated bar is known as chrome plated bar or chrome plated shaft also. This series product is another main product line of our factory, it is mostly used to manufacture and repair the hydraulic piston rods. Our hard chrome plated shaft is produced from steel round rod by high precise grinding, polishing, and chrome plated to a certain thickness on the external surface, the thickness of chrome plated layer is usually min. 20 microns. The material of the chrome plated shafts of our factoy can be carbon steel as CK45 (chrome bar of CK45 is known as CK45 chrome plated bar also), SAE 4140 (known as 4140 chrome plated bar), and stainless steel grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L. The available sizes of our chrome plated shaft are from diameter 6 mm to 800 mm, we also provide imperial sizes accordingly.

1. Honed tube

Honed tube also is known as hydraulic cylinder tube, it is our most important product line, our factory manufactures honed tube with more than 20 years' experience. Our honed tube is produced from suitable to hone seamless cold drawn tubes. Our factory can manufacture honed tubes in a wide range of carbon steel and stainless steel. The size range covers from ID 32 mm to ID 500 mm.

2. Chrome plated bar

Chrome plated bar is another main product line of our factory, this series of products are known as hard chrome plated shafts also, it is mostly used to manufacture and repair the hydraulic piston rods. Our chrome plated bar is produced from steel round rod by high precise grinding, polishing, and chrome plated to a certain thickness on the external surface, the thickness of chrome plated layer is usually min. 20 microns. Categorized by the different steel grade, our factoy has CK45 Chrome Plated Bar, 1045 Chrome Plated Rod, 4140 Chrome Plated Rod, 20MnV6 chrome plated bar, and stainless steel grade 304, 304L, 316, 316L bar. The available sizes of our chrome plated bar is from diameter 6 mm to 800 mm, we also provide imperial sizes of chrome plated bar accordingly. 

3. Chrome plated tubes

Chrome plated tubes are known as Chrome plated hollow bars too, this product has the same function with chrome plated bar, but with much lighter unit weight than that. Using chrome plated hollow bar, the hydraulic cylinder weight can be greatly reduced, so the hydraulic cylinder will be more energy efficient. Our chrome plated tube is produced from seamless hollow bar, by polishing the outside surface and chrome plated to a certain thickness. Our chrome plated tubes can also be honed in inside diameter for manufacturing and repairing telescoping hydraulic cylinders.

4. Cold drawn seamless tubes

Cold drawn seamless tube is widely used in many industries, such as fulid transportation, machine manufacturing, hydraulic systems and so on. And in the industry of hydraulic cylinders, it is known as CDS tube also, CDS tube is the mother tube for manufacturing honed tubes.
