Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines are often used to make little packages (100g-5000g) of rubber and plastic additives or chemicals to meet the demand of the tyre and rubber industry. ZonpakTM low melt EVA automatic packaging film is specially designed for the FFS automatic packaging machine. The film is made from EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate) which has a lower melting point than PE and rubber like elasticity. Moreover, EVA is non-toxic, has good chemical stability and high compatibility with natural and synthetic rubber. So the contained materials together with the bags can be direct put into a mixer, and the bags can easily melt and disperse in the rubber or plastic as an active ingredient.
Films of different melting points and thickness are available to meet different application requirements. The film has strong physical strength, fits most automatic filling machines.
