Shanghai Xinming High-Tech Development Co., Ltd is a refine-oil company with fractions of petroleum and coal tar as the raw materials. Due to the shortage of petroleum resource while fertility in coal resource, the State Government encourages developing the coal chemical products. Thus we emerge, as the times require. After several years’ unremitting efforts, Xinming has developed into a big company and we also have made such development strategy of "Basing on the leading technology, Keeping Innovation, Energy-saving and Environmental-friendly, Pursuing sustainable development". Based on the advanced Science and Technology There is an R & D team consisting of qualified research fellows in the company, beside dozen of experts and senior engineers would work with us to guide strategic development and solve engineering and technical problems. We will make further development in the field of fine chemicals under the help of Fine Chemical Institutes of East China University of Science and Technology, and explore the processing and production of coal tar products under the joint efforts of domestic giant Coal industrial companies, such as Baochem. Process Innovation We have made an increasing number of investments in R&D and transferred the research achievments into industrial production. At present, the new process of advanced-processing of coal tar products has been put into practice. The project of “clean separation of 3-methylpyridine" , of which we hold the Intellectual Property Rights, has been funded by "innovation funds" of Shanghai Scientific and Technical Committee. Energy-saving and environmental-friendly By keeping researching and developing new energy-saving and environmental-friendly projects, we have greatly lowered energy consumption and pollution. Through the innovation of advanced processing of coal chemicals, we have greatly improved the energy efficiency of coal resources. Resources restructure Taking advantages of the technological edge, we have taken some restructuring measures to improve the comprehensive utility of coal resources by means of cooperating with or investing in coal chemical enterprises in Liaoning, Shandong and Shaanxi provinces. In the process of production and sales, we attached great importance to the energy-saving and advanced processing, which has brought us an economic benefit and sets the example as an energy saving and environmental-protection enterprise. Sustainable development The company's production base in Jiangsu Dafeng is under construction, this project covers an area of about 130 acres. Quinoline, isoquinoline, pyridine products, annual output of about 2,000 tons. We have a solid foundation by establishing many private or joint ventures in Northwest and Northeast China rich in Coal resources. Moreover, we plan to build oxygen-oxidization processing base in Jinshan Chemical Park in Shanghai to do advanced-processing of our products.
