Honed tube usually is utilized to produce and repair hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.
 
Honed tube mostly is manufactured by honing process or skiving & roller burnishing process, from "Suitable To Hone" cold drawing seamless pipes. 
 
Materials of our Honed Tubing:
Our factory produces honed tubes with carbon steel material grade SAE 1020, SAE 1026, E355 and ST52.3, we also produce honed cylinder tubes in stainless steel 304, 316, or other materials according to customer's requirements.
 
Size Range:
As the professional China honed tube manufacturer & supplier, our factory manufactures honed tubes in a wide range of sizes of Inside Diameter 32mm to 600mm;
The length of our honed tubes can be upto 14 m, and we can offer cut to length service for the honed tubes.
