漆包線和銅管/銅端子/銅鼻子熱熔壓接 Terminal Fusing/ Tube Fusing / Hot-Crimping 原理說明Principle description
大電流通過電極及銅端子,產(chǎn)生足夠的電阻熱傳導(dǎo)到銅端子上,利用這個熱量以及加壓力進(jìn)行壓接。是利用電阻熱能保證首先剝離導(dǎo)線(漆包線)的鍍層,然后依靠端子的夾力來確保結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的熱壓工藝手段。這里需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是,熱壓接并不是焊接,而是熱壓接這一概念。

過程步驟 Process steps
1、最初的熱量將電磁線(漆包線)的漆皮氣化;
2、進(jìn)一步的加熱,漆皮氣化后,為銅線和銅線連接在一起提供條件;
3、最后,進(jìn)一步的加熱和施加壓力,潔凈后的銅線互相熱量傳遞擴(kuò)散。不僅僅是銅線連接在 一起,銅線還和端子也連接在一起。
4、在通電斷開后,壓力需要繼續(xù)保持,避免銅線連接松開。
5、通過此種熔接方法形成的連接,拉力強(qiáng)大和耐用,并且?guī)缀?span>“零空氣電阻”的連接。

工藝優(yōu)勢 Technological advantage
1. 生產(chǎn)效率:快,不用刮漆皮,一次只需幾秒至二十秒就可以完成;
2. 漆皮氣化:干凈,銅線清晰可見,無壓斷線情況;
3. 三相線電阻偏差:<1%;
4. 銅端子厚度偏差:焊接后在0.1mm內(nèi);
5. 拉力實驗:無漆包線拉脫情況,只可拉斷,總拉力大于“裸線總截面積*1.5*100N”,單根漆包線拉斷力大于無焊接時同等線拉斷力的60%;;
6. 縫隙分析:縫隙率小于1%,壓縮比80%-90%;
7. 全數(shù)導(dǎo)通實驗:可以通過電阻測試儀驗證端子與每根漆包線間均為導(dǎo)通,電阻值較一致;
8. 銅管(端子)無焊裂,無炸裂,漆包線氣化無起火;漆皮焦化面積相對較小。
選型時先根據(jù)線徑/總平方數(shù)/端子規(guī)格選擇功率,然后按照功能選型,選擇E系列或者M系列
