Hot stamping program description

1、 結構/ Structure:

本設備由工作臺、工件十字滑臺、垂直熱鉚機構、脈沖加熱電源、電控系統等組成；詳細請查看方案圖。

2、 主要部分的的介紹：

2.1脈沖式加熱電源/ Pulse heating power supply：

實現預熱（預壓）、加熱、保壓冷卻3個階段的溫控制。溫度設定范圍50°到600°。溫控精度為±6°。可以保存20組規范。溫度曲線由脈沖加熱電源的LED顯示屏顯示。

Control the temperature of different stages of preheating, heating and cooling。

2.2十字工作滑臺/cross work slide:

在X軸和Y軸精確定位，X軸上有上料位和工作位，工裝板有工件的定位裝置和物料檢測；In the X-axis and Y-axis accurate positioning, X-axis has upper position and station, fixture plate has positioning fixture and material inspection；

2.3熱鉚機頭/ Hot riveting head：

1)   具備以下功能結構：熱鉚前下壓定位機構、伺服電機彈簧調整壓力機構、伺服電機驅動下降位移機構、脈沖加熱機構。

2)   具備預壓 、自動調整壓力、自動控制熱鉚行程、精確位移檢測。

2)       With preloading, automatic pressure adjustment, automatic control of hot riveting stroke, accurate displacement detection;

2.4 觸摸屏/HMI：

12寸Simens觸摸屏，搖臂式安裝。三級操作權限。顯示錯誤報警信息。

2.5 其他/Other:

雙手啟動，急停按鈕，三色警示燈，照明燈。

3、 數據通訊/ Data communication：

脈沖式加熱電源配有485通訊接口，可以和PLC其他通訊設備交換數據；

熱鉚的溫度、壓力、時間、位移的數據可以保存(USB)和讀取；

The pulsed heating power supply is equipped with 485 interfaces, which can exchange data between PLC and other communication devices;

The temperature, pressure, time and displacement data of hot riveting can be saved and read.

4、 安全safety：

雙手按鈕啟動，運動件配有防護罩，光柵保護。
