Hot stamping program description

1、 結(jié)構(gòu)/ Structure:

本設(shè)備由工作臺(tái)、工件十字滑臺(tái)、垂直熱鉚機(jī)構(gòu)、脈沖加熱電源、電控系統(tǒng)等組成；詳細(xì)請(qǐng)查看方案圖。

2、 主要部分的的介紹：

2.1脈沖式加熱電源/ Pulse heating power supply：

實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)熱（預(yù)壓）、加熱、保壓冷卻3個(gè)階段的溫控制。溫度設(shè)定范圍50°到600°。溫控精度為±6°。可以保存20組規(guī)范。溫度曲線由脈沖加熱電源的LED顯示屏顯示。

Control the temperature of different stages of preheating, heating and cooling。

2.2十字工作滑臺(tái)/cross work slide:

在X軸和Y軸精確定位，X軸上有上料位和工作位，工裝板有工件的定位裝置和物料檢測(cè)；In the X-axis and Y-axis accurate positioning, X-axis has upper position and station, fixture plate has positioning fixture and material inspection；

2.3熱鉚機(jī)頭/ Hot riveting head：

1)   具備以下功能結(jié)構(gòu)：熱鉚前下壓定位機(jī)構(gòu)、伺服電機(jī)彈簧調(diào)整壓力機(jī)構(gòu)、伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)下降位移機(jī)構(gòu)、脈沖加熱機(jī)構(gòu)。

2)   具備預(yù)壓 、自動(dòng)調(diào)整壓力、自動(dòng)控制熱鉚行程、精確位移檢測(cè)。

1)       With the following functional structure: pressure positioning mechanism before hot riveting, servo motor spring adjustment pressure mechanism, servo motor drive down displacement mechanism，Pulse heating mechanism。

2)       With preloading, automatic pressure adjustment, automatic control of hot riveting stroke, accurate displacement detection;

2.4 觸摸屏/HMI：

12寸Simens觸摸屏，搖臂式安裝。三級(jí)操作權(quán)限。顯示錯(cuò)誤報(bào)警信息。

2.5 其他/Other:

雙手啟動(dòng)，急停按鈕，三色警示燈，照明燈。

3、 數(shù)據(jù)通訊/ Data communication：

脈沖式加熱電源配有485通訊接口，可以和PLC其他通訊設(shè)備交換數(shù)據(jù)；

熱鉚的溫度、壓力、時(shí)間、位移的數(shù)據(jù)可以保存(USB)和讀取；

The pulsed heating power supply is equipped with 485 interfaces, which can exchange data between PLC and other communication devices;

The temperature, pressure, time and displacement data of hot riveting can be saved and read.

4、 安全safety：

雙手按鈕啟動(dòng)，運(yùn)動(dòng)件配有防護(hù)罩，光柵保護(hù)。
