原理說明Principle description

大電流通過電極及銅端子，產(chǎn)生足夠的電阻熱傳導(dǎo)到銅端子上，利用這個熱量以及加壓力進(jìn)行壓接。是利用電阻熱能保證首先剝離導(dǎo)線（漆包線）的鍍層，然后依靠端子的夾力來確保結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的熱壓工藝手段。這里需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，熱壓接并不是焊接，而是熱壓接這一概念。

過程步驟 Process steps

1、最初的熱量將電磁線（漆包線）的漆皮氣化；

2、進(jìn)一步的加熱，漆皮氣化后，為銅線和銅線連接在一起提供條件；

3、最后，進(jìn)一步的加熱和施加壓力，潔凈后的銅線互相熱量傳遞擴(kuò)散。不僅僅是銅線連接在 一起，銅線還和端子也連接在一起。

4、在通電斷開后，壓力需要繼續(xù)保持，避免銅線連接松開。

5、通過此種熔接方法形成的連接，拉力強(qiáng)大和耐用，并且?guī)缀?span>“零空氣電阻”的連接。

6.     縫隙分析：橫向剖切端子，可見漆包線之間幾乎無縫隙，漆包線和銅端子之間幾乎無縫隙；縱向剖切端子，漆包線無松散；

7.     全數(shù)導(dǎo)通實(shí)驗(yàn)：可以通過電阻測試儀驗(yàn)證端子與每根漆包線間均為導(dǎo)通，電阻值較一致；

8.     銅管（端子）無焊裂，無炸裂，漆包線氣化無起火；漆皮焦化面積相對較小。
